On the 12th of March 2023, Kingpyn hosted the tournament draw live at the Kingpyn Launch Event. At the launch party, fighters found out who they were facing in the quarter-finals live in front of thousands of fans. Not only that, the remaining fighters were revealed during the show as they walked out to see their opponents for the first time.
The Kingpyn Launch Event, held at BBC Studio works, marked the start of Kingpyn’s High Stakes Tournament. With 750 people in attendance and 900,000 fans watching around the world, the launch event saw some of the biggest names in influencer boxing face off on stage.
Celebrity guests such as Deji, Ebanie Bridges, Lauren Alexis, FaZe Sensei and Wade Plemons watched the drama unfold as old rivals Aneson Gib and Austin Mcbroom met once again.
The show kicked off with the Women’s Tournament fighters walking out on to the stage, split into two sides: Pool A (6ar6ie6, Elle Brooke, Daniella Hemsley & the mystery fighter) and Pool B (Whitney Johns, Ms.Danielka, Jully Poca and Amber O’Donnell). The mystery fighter was revealed to be Elle Brooke’s sister, Emily Brooke, causing a stir on stage.
Following a short exchange of words, presenters Andy Shepherd and Ebanie Bridges took turns to draw a fighter from Pool A. The selected Pool A fighter stepped onto the stage to draw a name from the Pool B fighters. The quarter-final match-up were drawn in order: 6ar6ie6 vs Whitney Johns, Elle Brooke vs Ms.Danielka, Daniella Hemsley vs Jully Poca and finally Emily Brooke vs Amber O’Donnell.




After the live draw for the Women’s Tournament, the Men’s Tournament draw was set to begin. The fighters were split into two sides: Pool A (MyMateNate, Aneson Gib, Whindersson Nunes & Jarvis) and Pool B (King Kenny, Tom Zanetti, and two mystery fighters. One of the mystery fighters was revealed to be Austin McBroom – Aneson Gib’s bitter rival and previous opponent. The other mystery opponent was revealed to be Jay Swingler, unfortunately, revealed via an apology video explaining why he’ll no longer be participating in the tournament.
Following a heated exchange of words between old enemies, celebrity guest Deji drew a fighter from Pool A. The selected Pool A fighter stepped onto the stage to draw a name from the Pool B fighters. The quarter-final match-up were drawn in order: MyMateNate vs King Kenny, Aneson Gib vs Austin McBroom, Jarvis vs Tom Zanetti and finally Whindersson Nunes vs TBC.

The Kingpyn Launch Event sent shockwaves through the internet, with many fans in awe of the rematch between Aneson Gib and Austin McBroom. However, the question on everyone’s mind since the tournament draw is “who will the 8th man be?'”
Since the Kingpyn Launch Party, numerous YouTubers have commented on being the 8th person to enter the tournament. The likes of KSI, Slim Albaher and Salt Papi have all mentioned fighting in the Tournament.

Kingpyn has extended offers to all three stars to fill the position of the 8th man, however, the offers to join the tournament have been rejected.
Following the Kingpyn Launch Event, Kingpyn released the tournament brackets containing the potential match-ups for the Semi-Finals. The women’s tournament sees Elle Brooke vs Ms.Danielka and Daniella Hemsley vs Jully Poca on one side of the bracket, with 6ar6ie6 vs Whitney Johns and Emily Brooke vs Amber O’Donnell on the other side. The Men’s Tournament revealed Aneson Gib vs Austin McBroom and Jarvis vs Tom Zanetti on one side of the bracket, with MyMateNate vs King Kenny and Whindersson Nunes vs TBC on the other side.



The High Stakes Tournament gets underway on April the 22nd 2023 at the OVO Arena Wembley in London, UK.
Only 4 of the 8 Fighters in each tournament can progress towards the Kingpyn Title in the Semi Final rounds on June 3rd 2023 at the Three Arena in Dublin.
The last 2 fighters standing will battle it out to be crowned the Kingpyn Champion at the final on August 5th 2023 at the 02 Arena in London, UK.
